Return Policy
At LARANGE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in their original shoe box.
- Free from marks, odours, damage or signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
How to Return an Item
We offer FREE returns to our customers.
To return an item:
- Make sure your item meets our return conditions above.
- Generate your FREE Royal Mail returns label using our Royal Mail Returns Portal.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and attach the returns label.
- Take your parcel to the appropriate Royal Mail drop-off location.
- Keep your proof of postage until your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@larange.co.uk with your order number and photographs where appropriate so we can assist you.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
